Adobe Flash Video FLV files are not playable directly in the Flash Player plugin. Instead they are usually loaded into some type of FLV player or using a Flash Streaming Media Server.
An excellent free player that you can embed in a webpage is Jeroen Wijering's FLV Player. His site also lists several plugins you can use to host FLV files in various blogging systems.
The Flash Video version of the export recording screen has the following options:
Mouse Options:
In the mouse options section you can select whether or not to show the mouse cursor in the final recording. You can also select whether or not to display a visual indicator for mouse clicks. The indicator appears as a circle emanating from the tip of the cursor. You may also choose the indicator color by clicking on the color well to the right.
Audio Options:
In the audio options section you can select whether or not to include audio in the final recording. If you do select "Include Audio" you may also select whether to use the audio track that was captured during the recording process or some other audio file. You may choose any QuickTime readable audio file.
Note: Using an audio track from a QuickTime video file is not currently supported.
Video Options:
Here you may select from a list of scene transitions between your video. Scene transitions are inserted into your video every time you pause and resume recording. If you don't want scene transitions, set this option to "None".
